There's some gaps in the security, at least enough to get close to the garage. There are security cameras but they're old with no shortages of blind spots. It's still risky. There are armed guards patrolling but they aren't impossible to slip past.

Whatever is going on inside the garage has some raised voices and begging involved. No words can be made out but no one is happy.
