In answer, a monitor on the desk is turned in Mike's direction. On screen is a video feed of a windowless concrete cell. The video high enough quality to make out details, but more importantly it's clear enough to make out the identity of the person in the cell. Briggs is sitting on the floor against the wall. He seems twitchy and uneasy. Possibly drugged and definitely having the same problem Mike had the first time. He's just doing his best to ignore it.
